Oktoberfest Tasting Event, Friday 4th October 2024, 7pm, The Cheese Wheel at Torr Vale
Oktoberfest is all about the immense beer culture of Bavaria: each of the six classic Munich breweries (Hofbräu, Augustiner, Paulaner, Spaten, Löwenbräu and Hacker-Pschorr) produce a special ‘Festbier’ for the occasion, a strong and malty pale lager, along with Munich newcomer Geisinger Brau. We will try five of the beers accompanied by an Oktoberfest grazing box, the chance to create your own cheese girolles from the famous Tete de Moine cheese, and a curated selection of cheese to accompany the Marzen beer style. As ever, Marc and Suzy from the Cheese Wheel will talk you through the history, beers and cheeses during the course of the evening.

Tickets can instead be purchased directly from our store at Torr Vale Mill and are not subject to card handling charges in the event of a refund. We regret that we are unable to consider requests for refunds after 14 days from purchase. Tickets are not transferable between events.
