It’s back! Wassail: an Early English toast to someone’s health. From the Old Norse ‘Ves Heill’ (Be Well). Later the term is associated with mulled cider and toasting apple orchards. We prefer to taste our cider with cheese. Enjoy a variety of cider styles paired with artisan cheeses. A brand new set of pairing for our harvest event.
