As its National Heritage Week, The Cheese Wheel is bringing you a pairing event with a difference. From the gruesome origins of cheese to what the Romans did for cheese (No Monty Python!), to cheese as the original pre-crypto currency. Discovering how we went from farm to factory via a few Victorian industrial health hazards to the importance of mould and mites. We have curated a range of heritage artisan cheeses and paired them with some fantastic wines from our collection. Cheese never seemed so appetising!
