200g – Cow, Pasteurised, Organic
Deliciously smooth and creamy cheddar made in Somerset using a traditional 90 year old recipe and matured for up to 12 months.  Rich depth of flavour and very moreish.  An essential touch on any wedding cheese cake.

Second tier: TUNWORTH CAMEMBERT
250g – Cow, raw milk
Made by Stacey Hedges in Hampshire and cited as the best Camembert in the world by Raymond Blanc, this award-winning cheese is creamy, fruity, rich and intense. 

Third tier: MERRY WYFE OF BATH
800g - Cow, Pasteurised                                                                  
An organic cheese made from Wyfe of Bath curds, then pressed and washed in cider.  The end result is an award-winning rich cheese with a creamy texture.

Fourth tier: COLSTON BASSETT BABY STILTON
2.2kg - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Colston Basset Stilton cheese is hand-made by Billy Kevan and his team in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.

Fifth tier: OLD ROAN
2.7g - Cow, Raw Milk
Hand-made by The Home Farmer near Aysgarth Falls in Wensleydale, this cheese is smooth and creamy in texture with a rich, buttery flavour with a distinctive Wensleydale kick.

Sixth tier: OLD WINCHESTER
4.4g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
This Gouda-style cheese, aged for 20 months is powerfully strong, providing a caramelised, slightly fruity, nutty flavour with a crystalline crunch.

Bottom tier: MRS KIRKHAM’S LANCASHIRE
4.58kg - Cow, Raw Milk
Hand-made by the Kirkham Family in Lancashire for over forty years, using traditional techniques.  This delicious cheese is cloth-bound and buttered up, then aged for 3-6 months producing a creamy yoghurt flavour with a classic Lancashire sharp finish.
