Top tier: DORSTONE GOAT
180g - Goat, Pasteurised
Made by Charlie Westhead in Herefordshire, Dorstone is one of Britain’s most outstanding goat’s cheeses.  It is zesty with a lemony-fresh flavour and just a hint of goat.  Covered in ash, it has a mousse-like texture when young.

Second tier: PERL WEN
200g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian, Organic
One of Wale’s best loved cheeses; a creamy cross between a Brie and a Caerphilly with fresh citrus notes and a hit of sea salt.

Third tier: CAVE-AGED CHEDDAR
600g - Cow, Pasteurised
This Cave-Aged Cheddar is made on the Ashley Chase Estate, between the rugged World Heritage Coastline and the Dorset Downs, then matured in Wookey Hole Caves. It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness.

Fourth tier: COTE HILL BLUE
1.4kg - Cow, Raw Milk
An award winning ever popular blue cheese made in Lincolnshire.  It provides a wonderful balance between the rich creaminess of the milk and peppery bite from the P.Roquefortii mould. It’s brie-like texture as it matures gives it a decadent rich flavour.

Bottom tier: MRS KIRKHAM’S LANCASHIRE
4.58kg - Cow, Raw Milk
Hand-made by the Kirkham Family in Lancashire for over forty years, using traditional techniques.  This delicious cheese is cloth-bound and buttered up, then aged for 3-6 months producing a creamy yoghurt flavour with a classic Lancashire sharp finish.
