180g - Goat, Pasteurised
Made by Charlie Westhead in Herefordshire, Dorstone is one of Britain’s most outstanding goats’ cheeses. It is zesty with a lemony-fresh flavour and just a hint of goat. Covered in ash, it has a mousse-like texture when young.
Second tier: CAVE-AGED CHEDDAR
600g - Cow, Pasteurised
This Cave-Aged Cheddar is made on the Ashley Chase Estate, between the rugged World Heritage Coastline and the Dorset Downs, then matured in Wookey Hole Caves. It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness.
Third tier: COLSTON BASSETT BABY STILTON
2.2kg - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Colston Basset Stilton cheese is hand-made by Billy Kevan and his team in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.

1kg - Cow, Raw Milk
Baron Bigod is a stunning Brie-style cheese, with a rich, full, earthy flavour and a lingering finish. It’s made by Jonny Crickmore from the milk of his own herd of Montbeliarde cows in Suffolk.
