Top tier: TUNWORTH CAMEMBERT
250g – Cow, raw milk
Made by Stacey Hedges in Hampshire and cited as the best Camembert in the world by Raymond Blanc, this award-winning cheese is creamy, fruity, rich and intense. 

Second tier: MERRY WYFE OF BATH
800g - Cow, Pasteurised

An organic cheese made from Wyfe of Bath curds, then pressed and washed in cider.  The end result is an award-winning rich cheese with a creamy texture.

Third tier: GARLIC YARG
1.7kg - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Deliciously different, the sister cheese of the famous Cornish Yarg with its striking appearance and its light texture and notes of lemon and yoghurt.  The Garlic Yarg provides a subtle garlic hit at the end.

Bottom tier: OLD ROAN
2.7g - Cow, Raw Milk
Hand-made by The Home Farmer near Aysgarth Falls in Wensleydale, this cheese is smooth and creamy in texture with a rich, buttery flavour with a distinctive Wensleydale kick.
