The Perfect Cheeseboard

 

At the end of the day, the perfect cheeseboard will vary depending on your own personal taste. 

Traditionally, to give a cheeseboard variety, it would include a hard cheese (such as a cheddar), a blue cheese (such as a stilton), a soft cheese (such as a brie) and one other (could be regional e.g.  Appleby’s Cheshire or a washed rind cheese such as Admiral Collingwood or a goats cheese). 

Our advice on putting together your perfect cheeseboard would be to ignore tradition and convention and put together a selection of cheese which you and your guests are going to enjoy.   If you want that ‘one extra cheese’ on your board, go with something you haven’t tried before or something a bit different….. we can help you choose at The Cheese Wheel.
