We think this is simply the best brie we’ve ever tasted. Baron Bigod is a stunning cheese, with a rich, creamy, full, earthy flavour and a lingering finish. It’s made by Jonny Crickmore (Fen Farm Dairy) from the pasteurised milk of his own herd of Montbeliarde cows in Suffolk.

Soft, creamy, sumptuous and fruity on the finish. CasArrigoni Taleggio cheese is made using raw milk from several small farms in the heart of Val Taleggio, Lombardy. This Italian classic is strong, yet mild on the palate; a beautiful tasting cheese, becoming increasingly full-flavoured, buttery and beefy as it matures.

Blue Cheeses
A milder blue; slightly fruity on the finish. Made by The Staffordshire Cheese Company near Leek, its Peak District heritage makes it one of our most popular cheeses. A close relative of Stilton, made from pasteurised cow’s milk, this cheese has a deep russet colour and is lightly veined. As it matures, the cheese adopts a creamier texture and intensity of flavour.
Perfect on a cheeseboard or used in a salad.

A classic traditional Stilton and in our opinion, the best one we’ve tasted! Made in Nottinghamshire from pasteurised local cows milk, it is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. This traditional approach to cheesemaking produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.

Creamy, rich with a powerful hit of peppery blue on the finish. The texture is that of a brie and like a good brie, as it warms to room temperature, it’s flavour intensifies. Made by the Davenport family in Lincolnshire, the unpasteurised cows milk is taken straight from the dairy into the cheesemaking room. It’s one of our most popular cheeses.

Made by the Staffordshire Cheese Company, this PDO cheese is a soft creamy cheese with a mild blue flavour made from pasteurised cows’ milk. It is brine dipped rather than dry salted, hence the savoury notes which develop as the cheese matures.

Hard Cheeses
An authentic classic Wensleydale cheese, made from raw cow's milk. Home Farm near Aysgarth Falls are one of the last remaining traditional Wensleydale cheese makers. Everything is done by hand creating a creamier Wensleydale than it's commercial counterparts. Award winning Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire cheese cold smoked over wild hickory branches. The smoking gives the cheese a sweet, savoury almost BBQ flavour and rich aroma. Reminiscent of a Bavarian smoked cheese, this award winning cheese is delicious. Light, yoghurty, lemony notes and slightly crumbly in the core, Cornish Yarg is often likened to a Welsh Caerphilly. One of the most stunning looking cheeses which is the epitome of hand-crafted cheese. This pasteurised cows milk cheese is made by Lyhner Dairies in Cornwall. Nettles are painted onto the formed cheeses (Frozen once foraged, they’ve lost their sting!) before they are left to mature for 5 weeks. Ewe’s Milk Cheeses
The indulgent cheese…… if you like truffles, you’ll love this cheese! A traditional Italian classic made in Sardinia. This cheese contains pure black truffle, giving it an intense flavour that you are unlikely to have experienced before in cheese.

Using pasteurised ewes milk from the now almost extinct Black Manchega sheep and using traditional Manchego cheesemaking techniques gives this 12 month Manchego cheese its distinctive taste. Made in the La Mancha region of Spain, it has a sweet, nutty, herbaceous intensity which continues to give.

Goat’s Milk Cheese
Intensely rich, smooth and creamy goats milk cheese log coated in ash. The flavour starts out light and delicate but builds with peppery, earthy undertones and citrus notes. Driftwood is the latest addition to the White Lake Cheese portfolio. Working in partnership with a local goat farmer and his 600 goats, their hand made cheeses are delicious.

A delicious soft goat’s cheese made by award winning White Lake Cheese in Somerset. It is washed in Somerset Cider Brandy and wrapped in a vine leaf, which helps the cheese develop its soft paste and adds to a more nuttier flavour. A Raw Milk cheese.
